  1. Can we customise packages to meet our needs? Yes of course, we would love to discuss this in more detail and create a tailored package specifically for you both.

  2. How much deposit do you charge? £400

  3. When is the outstanding balance due? We offer flexible payment options.

  4. Are you the person who will be capturing our day? Yes and my colleague.

  5. Are you insured? Yes we have Public Liability insurance. In addition we also have drone insurance with CAA Approved License.

  6. Do you have a contract? Yes it’s part of our onboarding process.

  7. What sort of equipment do you use? We use an array of Canon Cameras and top of the line lenses. 

  8. Do you have backups? Always!

  9. How long have you been a photographer?  - Nearly 2 decades.

  10. Can I request certain images to be taken? - Yes indeed, I’d request setting up a WhatsApp group and send images there.

  11. Is this your full-time job? Yes, it’s so critical to be a full time photographer and to give 100% of my time to it all.

  12. Is there a limit on photos supplied - No we don’t work to a number we work towards coverage and quality rather than a number.

  13. How much coverage do you think we need? Depends on the wedding day and the schedule, something we should discuss.

  14. What do you wear to weddings? Grey or white shirts with chinos and we do NOT wear any branded clothing.

  15. Do you recommend we have an engagement session (Pre Wedding Shoot)? Yes indeed, this is the first time we get to work together and the experience is essential.

  16. Can other guests take photos?  Absolutely, in this day and age of smartphones every guest would like to capture a few memories of the day.

  17. How much guidance would you like from us? As much as you can!.

  18. What your approach to group photos? We use a small monkey that goes over our lens to ensure those in the group are looking directly at our camera and invoke a more natural smile.

  19. Have you worked at our venue before? - Most likely, however if we haven’t I’d love to organise a site visit where applicable.

  20. Can we see full galleries of similar weddings?  Not only can you view them, I’d really want you to select photos that you like from any of the weddings.  This information really helps us understand what your preferences are.

  21. What would you say was important to a ‘good’ wedding?  Energy from all.

  22. Once the wedding is over, how long does it take for us to get our images? Delivery is 3-6 months

  23. How do we get our images? - Electronically, we build a mini website for you to go through your photos.  We do NOT use USB Sticks as they will get corrupted over time.

  24. What sort of editing will you do to our images? Please see our before and after gallery.

  25. Can we share the images with our friends and family?  Yes please!  We would even build a secondary site for you to showcase your photos!.

  26. Will you be sharing our images on social media? Using them in your portfolio? Yes, I would create a selection and share that with before I use any photos.

  27. What is your policy on backups? Can you describe how safe our images are from the point of capture?  All cameras are fitted with dual cards, this means for every photo take it duplicates on a secondary card.   Immediately after your wedding a back up is made.

  28. How long do you keep our photos? - 18 months.

  29. Can you recommend any suppliers?  Yes we have a fantastic list of suppliers who have a huge amount of experience in the industry.
